Sir namaskar my complain no: GBL09094470 GPRS DAY BALANCE IN KB 99340, GPRS NIGHT BALANCE IN KB 2078650( FIR V MERA MAIN BALANCE SE 1PAISA/KB KI HISAB SE CUT HO RAHA HAI.) 24th jan evening me main tata docomo ka sim liya aur 48 ka gprs plan liya day 100mb and night 2gb.pr 25 jan ko tata docomo k taraf se 5rs pr day 10mb till midnight ka palan activat ho gay main 20time costomer care ko fon kar bola ki maine es plan k liye koi msg nahi kiya pr mera koi nahi suna abi mera 1paisa/kb k hisab se balance cut ho raha hai sir bolta hai k bahut jald aap ka problam solve ho jayega pr hota kuch nahi hai.abi achanak 31jan 12.20am night me 30rs cut ho gaya c care ko fon kiya to bataya yahan pe koi information nahi hai ab aap bataye main kiya karun esliye aap k pas complain kiya hun please aap kuch kijiye main dimagi tor pe bahut disturb hun.
