[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Money deducted without my consent | |||
I have TATA DOCOMO number:- [protected]. I am getting unwanted flash ads, and even if I click on 'cancel' on that ad, Rs. 30 get deducted from my account. This has been happening from few days. I have even complaint about it to docomo customer care and also enabled the DND service, but still getting these flash massages and they are deducting huge amount from my account. 1st time they have returned my money, but after that they have been refusing to revert my money back. I have even emailed tata docomo about my issue but I have not recieved any mail back. Please let me know what should I do. Regards, Deepinder Singh Was this information helpful? | |||

As per the discussion over call on [protected], we would like to inform you that the Vas service has been deactivated and the amount of Rs. 70/- credited back to the account as good will and the complaint docket number PBR12190142 has been registered with the resolution date as on 05-MAR-2013.
