[Resolved] Tata Docomo — call barring deactivate | |||
Hi, I am very much disappointed with TATA Docomo service. My contact number is [protected].My out going call had been barred.Even my net is not working from past five days though i have net offer and balance. i have submitted All documents. Then also i m not able to make outgoing calls, Every day i am calling to customer care but i am not getting any resolution. every time they tell within 24 hour it will be activated . its showing call barring. Customer told me to go to retailer shop. So many times I went to retailer shop, they have called/sent email to customer care. Then also my problem is not resolved. Still I am facing problem. Not able to make out going. I guess its a technical problem. They are not forwarding my call to technical department. When ever i call customer care is they telling that, my out going call is activated. But still i m facing problem. I want a permanent solution. Please help me to fix my problem as soon as possible.
