[Resolved] Tata Docomo — call me tunes | |||
Few days back i got a call from tata docomo regarding call me tunes, the sales girl kept on saying to activate the callme tunes service which was available in a cheaper rate than normal, she even asked me what kind of songs i would like to be selected, i told her very clearly i dont want to activate this service and i am not interested in call me tunes. Than too the company activated the call me tune service and charged me 60/- rs. This cheap tata docomo add says we value ur money. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||

he never complained for incorrect deduction, he just said that the call me tunes were activated with the default tone when he wanted some movie song..
The case is you need to get that movie song which the customer requested for.
