I submitted a written application for cancellation of my Tata Photon Plus at their Punjagutta Office on 14/01/13. My account no for Tat Photon is A staff by name Arvind asked me to pay the remaining due amount which I promptly paid and he said my request for cancellation will be processed. But my request was not processed and they are continuing to bill me even after my application for cancellation of the internet service. I went to the office where the staff rudely behaved with me and the same Arvind said that he will resend the request for cancellation again. He gave me a new request NO[protected] on March 2nd.
