I had bought post paid tata docomo in last of 2011. but service / network was almost dead . I called up customer care many time to cancell my sim/ connection . but they took no action and remided and threatened to pay the rent after three months But I requested again and again to stop the service and cancel the sim. But after 5 months i got threatened by the company"s legal advisor topay the total monthly rent even for no service for last five months (sim was not being used ) Ihave paid all the pending dues but after giving my written request on 5th may 2012 It is still pending my request from company"s account.
