Tata Docomo — Cannot port from postpaid to prepaid | |||
Hi, My mobile number is :[protected]. The sevice provider is Tata Docomo. I am using postpaid connection. Now I want to change to prepaid as the postpaid is not economical. According to the company rule, I should pay atleast three bills before changing to prepaid. I paid 3 bills to Tata Docomo without any dues. My bill date is 15th of very month. I got Rs.831 this month. I paid the amount and submitted my request to Tata Docomo hub, Kallyani Towers, Palarivattom. They are saying me to pay an amount of Rs. 420. I asked them for details. They are saying that it is company policy. In my mobile when I call to customer care, the service providers automatic voice system says that my usage charge is Rs.28. I am using Rs. 199 rental plan. The service provider is not ready to give me the details of Rs.420. I cannot switch to prepaid or to other service providers without paying this UNKNOWN Rs.420. They are saying me to wait till next bill cycle. Please take a necessary action to help me to change to prepaid.
