[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Chargeable site

I am an user of tatadocomo for last 3-4 months... now i have started using 3g on my mobile and recharged my number [protected] with unlimited 3g plan .. yesterday night i had a balance of 65rs with 30 MB free data usage left on my phone ... but today morning when i saw my balance it was reduced to 0.09ps ... when i called customer care... they told me that i have accessed chargeable sites

but when i asked what are the list of chargeable sites.. he didnt told me anything.. since last 2-3 weeks i am accessing only facebook,youtube, and android market... my only question is.. how can you delete the balance without even giving any warnings or any message ...

I am Jaison, [protected], from Bengaluru. I have been using Tata Docomo GSM service from past 4 years and I am very much disappointed with their services recently.
I am using 3G services on my phone and I have activated 3G data pack for doing so. But still the amount is deducted from my balance.
When I called the customer care, they told me that I have visited a chargeable site. When I asked them for the details for which sites I have browsed and are chargeable, they dont have the details.
I use 3G services to use some mobile applications like Facebook, Twitter etc. and rarely browse any websites. I see many such complaints in this forum but I dont think any action is taken against this. I am very disappointed as what to do because whenever I enable my 3G, the amount starts deducting even if I am not browsing.

Please take some actions as most of the customers face these issues.

I am Anisha, from bengaluru. Using docomo GSM service, and am facing the same issue. Being having the 3G data balance, around 85rs were deducted from main balance. On calling customer care, they gice the same non sense reply, the u r using some chargeable sites.
I asked the person, please give me the list of chargeable sites so that I do not open them again in future, but he could not give any concrete answer. Then, said that he is transferring my call to IT dept, but as expected, later on nobody from IT dept answeres my call.
This has happened thrice with me.

Very frustrated with tata docomo service. and its not just one or two people facing this issue, a huge number of people are suffering.

Please take some actions asap.
