[Resolved] Tata Docomo — charged beyond credit limit | |||
I am using tata docomo services. My credit limit is 1300 rs and I got the bill of 2624 rs. This is highly surprising. If my credit limit was set to 1300 rs it means I am agreeing to pay only 1300 rs and not afford to exceed amount more than that. And generally if one crosses the credit limit, automatically incoming and outgoing is barred. This process is with all service providers and also with tata docomo. But in my case I am charged 2624 rs which is more than double of credit limit.If I had crossed my credit limit, my calls would have been barred and i wouldnt have been able to use the service because my capacity is not pay more thant the limit which is agreed for me, but in my case I am allowed to make the calls and how without any information my credit limit is exceeded and why am I suppose to pay such a huge bill. I am using tata’s service considering tata's companies follow ethics and people oriented and not to cheat people. I am ready to pay only 1300 rs which is my credit limit. Please help me to get justice.
