[Resolved] Tata Docomo — cheating and refuse to give remaining 3g data | |||
hi... this is madan kumawat from Akola, maharashtra. on 6 September,2012 i got one message from Tata docomo..that is "Special 3G Offer Just for You! Recharge with Rs90 and enjoy 1GB 3G data for 30 days. Extra benefit will be credited within 48 hours of recharge. Hurry!". According to their condition of recharge i got 300 MB 3G data on same day..but it was 96 hrs after did the recharge, i didnot get the remaining 700MB 3g data till now. after completing 96 hours and more i called to customur care executive and told my problem but they refuse me to give remaining data and even they were not ready to file my compliant . and in the last told me about faulting of recharge. but i did special recharge according to their conditions. and the successful stv recharge that was "Hi! STV Recharge Successful .MRP Rs.90, Validity:30 days,300MB Tranc ID: [protected]". this is not first time to me to do this recharge it is my fourth time. in past, i didnot face this type of problem..
