Two months back I migrated from pre-paid to post paid. My mobile No is [protected]. I have selected this option through TATA DOCOMO web site. Then, some body called me and sent their representative. I gave him the money and my connection was changed to postpaid. Now, from 12 th June onwards, my out going services were stopped. Immediately, I mailed the complaint to customer care. When, I spoke to customer care through another phone(As I was barred from calling to customer care also), they asked me to contact the nearest DOCOMO center. When I have gone to the DOCOMO center at IndiraNagar, I came to know that DOCOMO has given the responsibility to their franchaisee, and the franchaisee does every thing and my cheque was bounced for the initial deposite. When, I asked them to provide the details of the cheque and the franchisee so that I can catch that franchisee, they refused to give the details and said that I will get a call from DOCOMO and they will resolve the issue. Meanwhile, I have received a foolish reply for the complaint On 15th June, stating that I have to pay the bill amount which is due on 24th June, then my services will be restored. I came to know with these instances that either TATA DOCOMO is cheating or it is hiding the franchisee. Today (16 June) I have paid the bill also.Please take up the case and resolve the issue.
