Tata Docomo — CHEATING & MISGUIDING ME | |||
RESPECTED SIR/MADAM I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WHILE USING A MOBILE PROVIDER LIKE TATA DOCOMO([protected]). WHEN I ASKED ABOUT BUDYCHAT SERVICE CHARGES ETC. TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES, I HAD ALWAYS CHEATED ME AND MISGUIDED ME ABOUT A MONTH WHILE USING POSTPAID (CUG) CONNECTION DURING MAY -JUN2012 PERIOD. I WAS JUST SHOCKED TO SEE MY BILL APPROX 8500.00 FOR THIS PERIOD. THEN I CAME TO KNOW THAT CC EXECUTIVES DON’T HAVE ANY CORRECT INFORMATION AND THEY ARE INCOMPETENT TO SERVE. HOWEVER BILL WAS PAID IN TIME BUT WHEN I COMPLAINT ABOUT IT IN JULY- AUG MONTHS STILL THE CASE IS UNRESOLVED AFTER REPEATED REMINDERS BY ME ON [protected]@TATADCOMO.COM REQUEST HELP ME OUT, I M A GENERAL NAVY SAILOR L AND I HAVE A GRATE VALUE FOR THIS AMOUNT. Tata Docomo — Worst service and misguided customer support
Hi Team,This is a long and persistent problem I am facing from Tata Docomo.
In Dec 2010 I made a special recharge of Rs. 51 but later wanted message fare relaxation and CALLED customer care seeking plan where I could get call and message relaxation both.
The cust care executive asked me to do Rs. 90 recahrge(did not inform to deactivate the current plan).
I did the said recharge(in feb 2011) but did not get the new plan benefits. I lodged complaint twice regarding this issue but did not help in any way.
Everytime I used to call I had to inform to executive about the problem, it was all unfruitful exersion.Still I have not got benefits of new plan neither did I get the refund of my money(Rs. 90).
This is the WORST service I have had till now. Please take some serious action against misleading executives and let them be CUSTOMER CARING LITERALLY !!
