My docomo number is [protected].
Docomo has deducted Rs.45/- from my prepaid account without my authorisation on 2.3.2011 towards caller tune charges.
I immediately loged a complaint GBL[protected] DT 3.3.2011 with their consumer care aasking for refund since I had not requested for any caller tunes. I was tols that my complaint would be attended to within 28 hrs. Nobody called up for the next three days, after that I myself called up to enquire about the status and was told that my complaint was in process and it would take some more time , since there was no response from docomo I sent them an e-mail addressed to their nodal officer for customer complaints Ms. Shruti Muley. There was a reply from their side asking for details to which I replied immediately.After that again there was no response.
When I called up and asked to talk to Ms. Shruti Muley she flatly refused refund on the ground that I had opted for caller tunes and hence the amount could not be refunded, I told her that I do not use caller tunes and in this case I had never opted for this service and hence my refund should be processed, upon this the call was disconnected and since then this so called nodal officer for complaints does not accept calls from me , whenever I call up customer care and ask to be connected to Ms. Shriti Muley the person attending the call refuses to transfer the call to her , after much convincing they promise to transfer the cal and put the call on long hold and ultimately disconnect the call . I have made several attempts to get in touch but in vain , I have even sent a reminder mail but ther has been no reply. This is disgusting on part of TATA Docomo. Was this information helpful? |
