SIR, I AM THE REGULAR CUSTOMER OF TATA DOCOMO AND MY MOBILE NO. IS [protected] FROM LAST FEW MONTHS I WAS NOT USING THE SAME NO. BUT FEW DAYS AGO I STARTED THE SAME NO. AND RECHARGED WITH RS. 95 + 30 TOTAL 125.00/- AND I ALSO USING THE SAME BUT AFTER ONE WEEK MY NO. HAS BEEN SWITCHED, AFTER ASKING WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE SAYING THAT YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR BALANCE AND NO SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED. IF THEY WANTED TO DEACTIVATE MY SIM THEN THEY SHOULD INFORM TO ME BEFORE DEACTIVATING THE SAME. PLEASE HELP ME Was this information helpful? | |||

We would like to inform you that as per our records we found that your Tata Docomo number [protected] permanently disconnected on 23-FEB-13 due to non usage since from six months and we are unable to provide you the same number. Further, we request you to kindly purchase a new number.
