Tata Docomo — complaint against tata docomo for fake and wrong information | |||
Respected sir This is to inform you that I have Tata docomo prepaid no ([protected]) On 16.10.2012 (6:52)pm I have recharged my no by Rs 250 (Rs 250+1gb 3g data+unlimited 2g data) with transition id([protected]) But to my surprise even after having pack my main acc balance was deducted when I was surfing . Then I called upon customer care on 16/10/2012 (approximately at 12 o clock in night) . Then the customer care executive told me that there is no actual deduction but due to server problem only figures are changing. Next day I called customer care again they told me the same that due to server problem only figures are changing. But when my balance becomes zero I called again then they told me that due to surfing balance was deducted. But I have already the plan for free surfing and downloading.
