I was provided a post-paid connection by tata-docomo executive saying it is corporate plan with CUG in August 2011.
Recently i got bills with huge amounts. I analysed my bills and found that no CUG was provided for me.I mailed to [protected]@tatadocomo.com, but there was no poditive response.
Finally, after my bill's due date, docomo representatives started calling me asking me to pay the bills. They are too eager to get the bills paid, but very poor in responding to the concerns of customers.
I told them my issues, and finally after a couple of weeks of repeated mails and calls, they gave me some waivers on my bills.
Meanwhile, once they barred my outgoing services too.
The very next month, the same issue repeated, and I mailed them again. This time I asked them to cancel my connection if they are not willing to solve my issue. Amazingly, they processed my request for cancellation.
docomo is very much interested in barring serives and cancelling connections rather than solving issues. Was this information helpful? |
