[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Deduction against Net Usage from Main Balance

Dear Madam,
As per our telephonic Conversation and suggestion from your side, I am sending this mail with a hope that this will be treated as important and be solved positively from my side.

Details of the complaint.

I recharged with Rs. 48-00 Internet pack on 6th March-2010, and started using the internet facility till 1st April.
On 1st Apr I again recharged with Rs. 75-00 power pack to get the facility of 2sec/1 paisa



On 1st & 2nd april I again used the internet facility, for which the Company has deducted around Rs. 400-00 from my Main Balance, (even after I had sufficient balance in the Internet Card and the validity was upto 5th April)

I also registered a complaint in this regard on 4th April to which the Customer Care promised to solve the matter on or before 6th April and reverse back my balance.

I got a call from Kolkata Office on 6th April and the technical staffs told me the following points:

1. Two power cards can not work at one time.
2. The company has deducted the Balance as per their Tariff plans.
3. They can’t reverse back my balance.

They have just simply said all the matters and disconnected the call…

I also called on the Customer Care Number many a times but the response and behavior was absolutely negative.


Now my points are:-
1. Why two power cards can’t work simultaneously.
2. Calling Card & internet card are both separate things.
3. If my Internet card was being deactivated due to another power card, then why the Company informed me about this.
4. Rs. 400-00 deduction on Internet Charges is not a small thing for 1 day, and that too in a hidden way.


Now, I request you to please solve the matter as soon as possible and return back my balance.

i have use 48Rs pack but my mobil balance lost i have also complain customer care they told your balance will 48 hour back your mobil but 4 days go no my balance not recieved
