I have used tatadocomo GSM 3g data on 09/10/2103. On the said day before browsing my Main balance was 415 and free data usuage was 1330 MB (apprx). As per the details from the tatadocomo dongle software, the download on the said day was 1230 MB (Apprx) and the upload was 35 MB (Approx). While I was downloading the net was disconnected and when I checked my main balance Rs. 415 was deducted without any reason. Eventhough I have required enough free 3g data, my balance from the main balance was also deducted. When I contacted the customer support, their approach was poor and didn't get proper answer. Then I wrote a complaint to the appellate authority (Kerala) of Tatadocomo. They given a poor reply. They didn't take time to even answer my questions? On the complaint I have asked 2 question, they are as follows:-
1. What was the total data usuage on the said day??
2. Why didn't you charged from my main bal?
If I used 3g data according to the free limit, then why Rs. 415 was debited from my main a/c.
This is the actual thing happens in our society. Don't believe in their advertisements. They great cheaters than any other operator according to my experience.
