Tata Docomo — Data validity date | |||
During 2 years my Data validity date was 30.09.2024. But during 2 days it is showing 13.10.2013. I have lodge a complaint . They have answered me due to network problem this happened(ref:data validity~~M[protected]. I think they are joking with me . During 2 years what type of network problem was? Suddenly reducing validity without any notice is illegal.I want to return back my old data validity date. I have copied and pasted 1 msg send by docomo---- From: DOCOMO Date time:[protected]:47:24 Content: Bal is Rs.205.44 Validity is[protected], GPRS Pack balance in MB is 4609.57 Validity is[protected]. We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concerns regarding the data balance validity. However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was switched off.
Hence, we would like to inform you that as per our records we found that there is 1717.74 MB data available in your account with the last validity date as on[protected] and we regret to inform you that due to some technical issue you might have received a message stating with the validity as GPRS Pack balance in MB is 4609.57 Validity is[protected].

Ok due to technical issue a single message or 2-3 message have received but during 2 years this type of receiving message is quite impossible for technical causes. I can send to you many message regarding data validity date[protected].

Content: Bal is Rs.5.44 Validity is[protected], GPRS Pack balance in MB is 5112.52 Validity is[protected]
Told me on what date you want to know on which date validity date is[protected].
