Tata Docomo — Deactivate Call Barring

Hi,

I am very much disappointed with TATA Docomo service. My contact number is [protected].I activate call Baring Facility but i fogot mybarring password.My out going call had been barred.i have submitted All documents & Buy new Sim from Service Center.

Then also i m not able to make outgoing calls, Every day i am calling to customer care but i am not getting any resolution. every time they tell within 24 hour it will be activated .

its showing call barring. Customer told me to go to retailer shop.
So many times I went to retailer shop, they have called/sent email to customer care.
Then also my problem is not resolved. Still I am facing problem. Not able to make out going. I guess its a technical problem. They are not forwarding my call to technical department.

When ever i call customer care is they telling that, my out going call is activated. But still i m facing problem. I want a permanent solution.

Please help me to fix my problem as soon as possible.

Tata Docomo — Barred and Not able to Reach Customer Service

Just 5 days back after hearing alot of Tata Docomo service, i opt for Tata Docomo postpaid connection with valid documents.

Yesterday my outgoing was barred without giving any information to me.
I checked my details on internet, most of the things are wrong including my name.Looks like enterned by someone who failed in martic.

The IVR is saying to call Customer care.But how can i call to CC with outgoing barred and there is no other way available to call.

Tata Docomo, please arrange call from CC to me atleast

I can make outgoing calls but unable to receive any incoming calls. I have called customer care they have said that call barring is activated on my number.

I want to ask the following question -

How the hell it got activated on my number and how the hell can I get it deactivated.

My messages were barred from last few weeks. When complained about this to customer care I got to know my calls have also got barred. Both incoming and outgoing. The customer care officials suggested to remove and insert sim again. Tried but in vain. And they don't receive calls second time. Only 1 call per day. My number is [protected]. I am using tata docomo from more than 3yrs. I request tata docomo to solve my problem immediately. I repeat all my calls and msgs are barredbarred.

My Docomo no is [protected]. My outgoing is barred from 19th nov 2014. I have called them 57 times and also logged a complaint (PCBR1284115 and psr[protected]) at tata docomo store G N Chetty Road T. Nager submitted my documents So many times I went to retailer shop But they have not responded, Customer Care Executives told me to go to retailer shop.
But still i am facing problem. I want a permanent solution.

I want a permanent solution. i if they not tack any action about this.
