Tata Docomo — Deactivate connection without reason | |||
I have taken a tata docomo walki+mobile connection 5 months before with security amounts deposited ,its a post paid connection and after second month bill i got delayed to pay the amount and pay with in two weeks . but the company disconnect my incoming and out going calls after paying the amount. actually my father taken up the connection and the officers forced him to take postpaid only. after of all now i couldn't use the phone for last three months. when i call to the customer care they are telling that i have to pay all the amount including the rent which i not used the phone for last 3 months. i need to know why should i pay the rent for the months which i never used the phone . i need to get sudden action for it. actually the company cheating us.iam ready to pay the amount which call from the company and the rent also i am ready to pay till the time they disconnect the phone. and i need my compensation for insulting me till the time.
