Tata Docomo — Deducted 200 Rupees and now saying that charged for some night masti activation which was not done by me

My mobile number [protected] has got deduction of 200 rupees without my concern. Tata docomo is charging even though user has not activated services by himself. I have 3 tata docomo number if you want to charge like this then i will move all three numbers to another operator.
