Tata Docomo — Deduction in Balance

I purchase a TATA DoCoMo sim (mdn number [protected]) on 25th March 2012. On that very same day i dialed *191# service to activate Rs. 95 internet plan. The balance ie. Rs. 95 got deducted from my main balance immediately. I called up customer care immediately and complained them about my balance deduction and they refunded my money instantly on that day ie. 25th March 2012 and then the customer care executive told me that due to some technical difficulty this problem occurred and i can try to activate the 95 rupees plan again after 24hrs and it will work successfully then. So after 24 hours ie. on 26th i tried the same procedure as mentioned above to active the 95 rupees internet plan again but unfortunately again the same problem occurred and the balance was deducted from my main balance. I called up customer service and complained to them again about this problem and they told me that they were still facing some technical problem so they asked me to wait for 2 hours. I waited for more that 2 hours and checked my balance again and still the amount was not refunded so i called the customer care again and asked them what the problem was. At this one of the senior customer care executive asked me to wait for 48 hours and if within 48 hours my internet plain is not activated then they will refund my money. But ever after 48 hours i still didnt get back my amount that was deducted from my main balance.

Then i called up customer care again to ask why my amount is still not been refunded? At this the junior Customer Care executive told me that they can only refund the amount the first time and if second time the amount is deducted then they cannot do anything. So i asked him to connect me to his senior. He did so, and when i got connected to his senior, his senior clearly told me that he wont refund my amount back as it was my fault.

Then i complained to the nodal officer (a lady), i explained her the entire problem and she gave me a reference number ie. GBL[protected] and put me on hold to check my problem, after she resumed the call, i could hear her voice but she was unable to listen to me so she disconnected my call. Now i am not sure if they will take any necessary measures to refund the amount (ie. Rs. 95) that was deducted from my main balance. Please help!!!

I am using Tata Docomo service since 6 months, I converted to Docomo through MNP seeing that they provide very good service to the customers.



However my experience was very bad last week as they have deducted Rs.
62.00 from my main balance.



I would like to provide you complete details:-



On July 30th, I recharged with GPRS package of Rs. 65.00 (2.5 GB, validity 1 months).

On August 14th, I made a top-up recharge of Rs 100. In which I got 100 MB promotional offer.



On 19th Aug.. while I was dowloading songs, there was deduction of Rs 62.00 inspite of the fact I was in 1 month GPRS package.



When I spoke to your customer care, I got to know that my remaining balance of 2.5 GB package was reduced to Zero as I recharged with Rs 100.00 and got 100 MB data free and as that 100 MB balance validity gone, they charged me rs 62.00 for downloading



Now my question comes here I have already taken GPRS package for a month why would I need 100 MB for 5 days promotional offer...



I don't understand what type of promotional offer is this in which they are cheating the customer. they show that they are providing 100 MB free on 100 rs recharge, but can not they see that person who is already been in the GPRS package for one month, they have lessen his balance to BIG ZERO.



Even this is simple logic if I am enjoying already 2.5 GB GPRS packge, what is the meaning of deducting that to zero and providing 100 MB.

"This is to inform you that upon checking with our records no wrong deductions have been found. Hence we are unable to process your request of refund. Also be informed that as per our records there is no VAS pack activated in your number. "
