Tata Docomo — Deduction of balance by tata docomo | |||
I face the problem of deduction in my balance by tata docomo... I am very disappointed by tata docomo services N its customer care.... I got the message from TA-5333300 which shows that "you are entitled to FREE content on Tutor on mobile for 3 days.Service will be auto renewed after 3 days for rs. 2 daily."... n suddenly my 15 Rs. were deducted.... Till now i m loosing 2 Rs. daily..... I called customer care many times but they are not helping me n nw they don't even ans. my call..... I lost my 35 Rs. balance yet.....i hope you will take actions against this. Kindly refund my balance & stop this service immediately........ I am alos a victim of Tata Docomo post paid services & would recomman you to switch to some better mobile service provider who can offer you fair services.
