[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Deduction of balance without any justice | |||
Hi India, One of the worst experience with Tata Docomo. I have done a RC250 (diwali offer- for unlimited internet & full talk time offer) for my number on 7-11-12. This diwali offer provides (unlimited 3g data for one month & full talk time validity lifetime). But at the same night 80rs was deduced from my account without my notice, saying for Yoga tips pack-30rs & Data charges for 50rs. How come they have activated Yoga tips Pack without any request from my side & data charges, whilr they provide unlimited internet. I had good experience with these peoples for 3yrs, but this act made me disappointed. I would like all of you to know about their fraud. And provide provide me some help to get justice!
