Rs. 30 have been deduced from my account for activation for which I didn't subscribe (Trans ID:CGO_5445777). I demand an explanation for this and also repayment of my money and immediate deactivation of that plan. And your customer care services are too pathetic. I tried to talk with your representative for near to 20 times till now. And not even a single time I was connected. Is this the way you treat your customers? Is this for what I'm paying for.
