I’ve recharged for Rs 200 Full talk time should be weeks’ time
Then I am impressed with your Television ads of Rs 250 unlimited data and talk time and recharged Rs 250
Total balance was around Rs 440 change
I was not able to browse after 250 recharge when I called customer care they pointed out send Message HVC to 52270 to activate as I’ve 2 GB balance in my previous account which I’ve to usenothing worked
Then I have sent message GPRS to 121 and then today I tried to deactivate and reactivate the gprs by sending message CAN ALL to 121 and when I tried sending message GPRS it said no balance its 0.01
God knows what’s happening and thank you very much for leaving 0.01 paise in my account
I am sure you will come up with some answers which is right from your end and wrong from my end which means finally” I won’t get my money back”
Moral of the story: Don’t be greedy if someone gives two offers at throw away prices Was this information helpful? |
