Tata Docomo — not listening to customers

this is regarding complaint about tata photon data card
and the plan we were offered was not working properly
despite giving complaints at the punjabi bagh centre there was no resolve of issue
there was very rude behaviour from the staff
especially a person name
bhupinder and his mobile no is [protected],he is a very rude person ,he doesnt know how to talk to a customers ,he is simply making everybody nuisance,please look into this complaint,at the end if the problem is not resolved then i ll not use this tata product in my life,this is considering to be the worst company if the services are so poor,thanx please do the needful
