[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Discrepancy in credit of talktime balance | |||
This complaint is against Tata Docomo. Adopting fraudulent practices and undue billing accompanied with charging customers wrongly against a call has become a routine affair for these people. I had recharged with an amount of Rs. 350 on 23/03/12 which was supposed to credit a total amount of talktime worth Rs. 385 going by their IVR option on customer care portal. But I have been credited only Rs. 317.32. When I contacted the customer care officials on this issue, they say that no such offer is available at present. They have been deceiving me like this on several occasions prior to this isssue also. They also charge me @50p every minute against some calls instead of 30p which I have activated for a month since 03/03/12. These corrupt people must be taken to task immediately as they have resorted to taking customers for a ride at their own sweet will time and again!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
