Tata Docomo — Docomo cheating customers - cutting balance for no reason

For the past 3 days Tata Docomo has been reducing balance for no reason - no calls or internet usage.
When I called Customer Care and inquired, I was told that I made calls to a certain number. When I asked what number it was, the number they gave me was my own number! Apparently, I have been calling up and talking to myself for long hours!
I asked to speak to some senior authority but I was never connected to them. I have called 5 times now, yet have not been able to get any sensible answer.

About a couple of hours back my balance was Rs. 152. An hour back it was Rs. 126. It magically increased to 142.
And now it is back to 122.
Calling customer support is of no result and they're giving ridiculous responses.
