[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Docomo Loots by changing free SMS also | |||
My mobile no is [protected]. As per y plan I can sent unlimited SMS between 9.00pm to 9.00am everyday.( 200 MS per day as per TRAI new guidelines.) Docomo never intimated by phone or SMS as they made a limit of 100 SMS per day. TRAi again made it 200 SMS per day. My SMS charges in day time i.e. morning 9 to night nine are Rs. 0.20 per SMS. On 21/11/2012 at 8.30am I sent about 160 SMSs. I was not charged for first 100 SMS but next 60 SMS were charged at Rs.1/Sms. I was shocked cause 8.30am was my free SMS slot & i was allowed to send max 200 SMS. When I talked to Customer care, They informed that the limit has became to 100 on a suden, without any notice. on same day i.e. 21/11/2012 I got SMS that from 20/11/2012 SMs limit will be 100. ie. declaration after one day late. & that too was for my complaint & convincing, the message was sent. If such was the case Docomo was supposed to inform it on 18th or 19th Nov. ie. before implementing plan. How to approach to Consumer Court for this complaint. I want my Rs. 60 back. Though Rs. 60 is so small amount. but I wont pay for the free service & negligence of the company. Does not matters if I hv to pay Rs.500 to get my Rs. 60 back from DoCoMo...
