Tata Docomo — Double amount deducted | |||
I recharged with rs 69 for gprs pack to my number [protected] but docomo has deducted the amount twice, when i called to customer care that guy said that the amount will be refunded in 4 hours, now after 2 days when i call called again the other custmer care guy said that its ur mistake, is it my mistake to recharge my number what the bull these guy are saying , in my earlier complaint i have stated that amount of 200 has been deducted and they have refunded only 120/- 80 rs from that amount also is yet to be credited to my account. please help and resolve as priority.. thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
