[Resolved] Tata Docomo — UNWANTED ACTIVATION OF VALUE ADDED SERVICE | |||
Tata Docomo forcefully activate their value added service (VAS) without our consent. What they do is sending a prompt (Not a message) Regrading activation of VAS. We can only press "OK" which will do the rest for those Cheaters DOCOMO. They suddenly deduct Rs. 30/- or more. Recently I got 2 such prompts ( 1. Fengshui and 2. Health Service ) and one stolen my Rs.30/- Another trick of them, when we call customer care to Deactivate the VAS, we are directed to press a key. When we press the key for deativation, call ends up!!!!!!!! I tried it from different mobile phone if it was caused by problem with my mobile. Surely I think it is their trick to mock us. Tata Docomo — unwanted value added service activation
respected sir/madam ,i got irritated that they had been activated again service named"sangam" which i don't want on my mobile no. [protected].....
i had submitted complaint before 1 week and i got refund but again service provider put service on my mobile
please take strict action against ....because i got irritated...
