[Resolved] Tata Docomo — extra benefit of internet not given | |||
my tata docomo no. is [protected].On 29 dec 2012 i had activated 90rs 3G internet pack.I got a message that enjoy 600 mb of free internet(i.e 300+300) and i have that message as a proof.but i was given only 300mb of internet and rest they are not providing.When i contacted with the customer care they refused to give me the extra benefit of 300mb which they had promised at the time of activation.I have message in which they have clearly mentioned that I will get 600mb of internet for 30 days..plz i request to resolve my problem..thankyou Was this information helpful? | |||
