Tata Docomo — False high bill | |||
I am very agitated with the information and service provided by the vendors of tata Docomo company.I am employee of Tcs working in yantra park,Thane west .Without wasting time i directly come to the point one day a vendor named Pravin conct no of him is [protected] had provided me wrong information explaining that in Plan of Rs 222.comprised of (800 local/std +300 local/std sms + within local tcs docomo no free,and rs 50 for 2Gb for 30 days) but when i talked to customer care they saying that per day you can use 800/30=26.666min extra charges will be applied when talked more, same is applied on sms and Data charges.Due to this blunder wrong information by your vendor i am facing the problem of high bill which has come to 1988.I talked to customer care having complaint no[protected]..but till now no action has been taken ,also my no was disconnected from network for 3 days i was unable to make outgoing call,sms,internet.. See what the hell service is provided by this system and company vendors...I am not able to pay this huge amount any ,and will only pay the original/actual consumed bill according to the information given by your vendor otherwise i will quit the service permanently..so take immediate action otherwise i will remove the sim card.
