Companies like tata docomo will appoint a people who takes care of their online reputation full time. 20 days after you post a complaint, they will come and reply that they have checked and your problem was solved knowing that you would have forgot the site where you have posted a complaint. So when a new person looks at the page, they feel as company is helping their clients :D
