[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo / Freedom Plan 499 — Tata Docomo is cheating customers and not keeping their promises

Tata docomo is cheating customers. Especially 499 freedom plan wherein they have promised that I will be getting 1400Minutes of roaming incoming/outgoing, local, std calls free. But in the bill that is generated incoming call is always charged. If we call up the customer each time they just raise a complaint and forward that complaint number promising the date and time at which it will be resolved, but till not I have raised more than 10 complaints for the same and it is not resolved yet. Also the deposit amount that they promised will be adjusted in the bill of 3rd,4th and 5th month has also not happened and the complaints raised for the same is not resolved yet as its been 6months that I had taken the connection. From day 1 of taking the connection no peace of mind.What they promise before taking the connection is not the same that they follow. In Advertisements they say that you will not be charged extra and will be charged only for what you use. But it is all and an utter lie. The customer care is the worst. One or two months when I had called they waved off the extra they had charged for incoming roaming calls, but another customer when called the next month says incoming will be charged.!! This is the kind of employees they have who is not aware of the details of a plan. When comparing I feel vodafone is the best as they don't charge anything extra. I would recommend everyone not to take tata docomo connection and 499 freedom plan.
