Tata Docomo — gprs 11GB Balance got NIL | |||
Sir, I activated GPRS (internet Pack) for Rs.240, 15GB (got 12 GB) with three month validity, about fifteen days back. Balance of my said internet pack was aprx 11 GB as on[protected] On 24-03-12, at 7.30pm, one of my relative, unaware of said current internet pack, again activated internet pack of Rs.5.00 At 12 night my whole balance got NIL, with the expiry of that RS .5 GPRS pack. I contacted to customer care, they confirmed me that earlier package balance also got NIL with the expiry of rs.5 pack and they are unable to activate my earlier GPRS balance. Sir, I have unused balance aprx 11 GB, and balance validity aprx 2.5 months...& my said balance lost due to system fault. I kindly request you to please look into the matter and please refund back my said GPRS balance. With hope of your cooperation. Regards ! In the said isssue, in the last tata docomo strait forward deneyed to refund money or GPRS balance, stating that "only one facility can be availed at one time, hence the previous GPRS balance has been forfeited."
This is onely unfair business practice.
