Tata Docomo — GPRS not working & waste of Rs.250 | |||
I have GPRS accessing facility in my mobile and wanted to activate. I saved the settings but I was not able to access anything. Then I lodged a complaint stating this to the customer care on September 26th 2012. There was no action taken and I even activated the data usage plan for rs.250 yesterday. I am shocked to see that the validity of the service expires by 1 month and I was not able to access Internet. I contacted voice customer care, email support and chat support and all I get is they registering a complaint and not doing anything. The chat person whom I spoke with just says we don't know what to do for your problem there is no supervisor on the floor. What do they work for when they have to ask the supervisor for everything? very bad customer support. Now I am not able to use the pack and they will be particular to end the value pack at the right time even though they cant assist the customer in setting it up. Was this information helpful? | |||
