My name is saif rehman khan FROM KANNAUJ U.P EAST
I have a DOCOMO number [protected] .I had incident occured today dated 06 MARCH, 2013 and my balance of Rs.99 have been deducted from my
mobile a/c.I called the customer care and they told me WE HAVE taken
your request and the amount have refund in 4 hours but i did not got my balance back they just inform me that
We would like to inform you that the charges Rs 99 have been
levied correctly for Downloading VuclipValue on 05/03/2013 11:18:25 PM , hence we
are unable to refund any balance,
i request u to take some good action.
