[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo / GSM Prepaid — Rude behavior of call centre exec.

I have a serious matter with the call centre executives. I've been calling repeatedly since 8th May as my special recharge pack of 34/- (STD) wasn't activated. Since the problem wasn't solved, I got the same recharge on 14th and that too wasn't activated as I got no confirmation messages and the tariff that was being deducted wasn't a multiple of 25 paise. The first time, the amount was deducted from my bank bal. and the second time I got it deducted from my mobile bal (125/- top up on the 14th May). My current bal. stands at 21/- and as you can see, my mobile balance hasn't reduced by an amount of 100/-. Keeping that in mind, the call centre people tell me that I have used up my 400 mins for which the pack is valid but I have been repeatedly trying to make them understand that since the recharge, my mobile bal. hasn't been reduced by an amount of 100/- which is required to use up the 400 mins. This simple logical explanation seems to be too hard to comprehend even though they have all the information about my account. A senior executive, Pramod Mishra was extremely rude, threatened to cut my call if I didn't understand and cut my call eventually when I tried to ask him the exact rates that are being charged on STD calls. This irritable behavior and lack of respect is highly unbecoming. I expect a quick response.
There was also a difference in the information two separate call centre executives gave me. The systems seem to be down all the time. Since the 8th, I've called at least a dozen times and I got to hear the same response over and over again that the system isn't working and that I should call back in 4 hours. Earlier, on the 9th May, they asked me to wait for 24 hours for the pack to be activated and then on the 11th asked to wait for 48 hours!! My simple question is, why do I have to wait 4-5 days for a pack to be activated? I have my needs because of which I got the recharge and seriously how difficult is it to activate a new plan?
Whenever I lodged a complaint, I never got a complaint code even though I was told 3 distinct times by the call centre people that they have forwarded my complaint. I am nose deep in this nonsensical and idiotic pile of rubbish that these call centre people call service with a smile. Tata Docomo, please improve!!
