[Resolved] Tata Docomo GSM — Special Recharge Pack not yet activated | |||
Dear Sir, I (Sajan) have recharged my mobile number with special recharge pack of rs 72/- in online (http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx) on 19th Sep 2012 at 02:36:46 pm, but still that offer not yet applicable in my mobile number. Even after recharged I got message like recharge successful.MRP RS.72, Validity:60 days, All Local/STD Mobiles @ 1/2p/s & All Fixed (Loc/STD) @1.5 p/s. Local [protected]@ Rs 1/SMS & STD SMS @ Rs. 1.5/SMS. Trance ID: MHCC[protected] . I called to DOCOMO costumer care so many times for this issue but they didn't give proper response.
