I'm working in public sector bank in raipur, tata docomo executive came to our bank with some exciting offers exclusive for banking professionals. I liked their plan and took 3 postpay connection. Initially the bill were nominal, but after 6 months the bogus bill started. They added all the non sense things in bills like 3g content charges subscription, unnecessary 3g download charges. When i went to customer care they did'nt got any satisfying answers . Finally i sent mail to customer grievance redressal. From there i did'nt got any reply. Then i decided not to pay the bill. My outgoing services were blocked by tata docomo.I got call for outstanding bill, i told my problem to the executive who came for bill collection. He told me to pay the only bill which i had used. And gave assurance to resume my outgoing service within 2 hours. I had paid the half bill but still my outgoing services are blocked by the tata docomo. Was this information helpful? |
