Tata Docomo — harrassment for payment after disconnection | |||
Hi, I have datacard from Tata Docomo last year woth A/cNo:90981315. While taking the connection, they told that unlimited data usage for Rs.1,000/- p.m. But after that I received bills above Rs.1,500/- p.m. When asked, I was told that they are extra usage charges. I disconnected the connection immediately by paying off the bill to their executive Gopal at # [protected]. After 3-4 months, they sent a legal notice that I have to pay dues immediately, other wise, to face legal action. I talked to the given number [protected]. He replied me that he will get back to me after verification. Now their legal department lady called me and threatened me to pay off the dues, otherwise to face legal action.
