I am a Postpaid customer of TATA DOCOMO Number [protected]. Last bill was nearly 3869 Rs which is Exceeded my credit limit provided by tatadocomo which is only 1300. I didn't get any message/ call from tatadocmo crossing my LIMIT. the Limit was reached before October 16 th after i had used another 10 with out any problem. When ever i checked in *191*4# (they way to know unfilled usage) it showed below 500 only. In October I had activated 3G 1GB data pack.When i activating 3G data pack i had confirmed that how should i know the usage of crossing the limit of 1GB, they informed me you will get an SMS. (same thing working in Reliance net as expected ).or you can check on MyAccount on Web. But in website is scrap it showing 2 to 3 days before data usage only . Here how can i controll my usage and where should i get the exact usage amount. Now i have charged above 3000 Rs for using of below 100 mb data. As am working in Mobile application division i would not use this with my knowledge.
They have barred my out going call now and even i could not able to make call to Customer care center also . I used to call my another service provider number to TATADOCOMO Call center which has been charged for the call, it had long conversation and had spent so much of money.
