I have taken the Docomo connection for 2 months. In my first bill I have been charged for Rs 396 for Java game pack and Rs 99 in my second bill towards game pack. I have no clue about these packs. I have not received proper resolution towards. At first instance I haven't downloaded these games.
I have only solutions for you people is provide me a waiver fee for Rs 494 for incorrect billing and settle the issue at the earliest. I am if your company gives discount for unpaid amount. I keep receiving SMS saying we will Rs 50/- off for today for unpaid amount. I never had a proper resolution from my first bill.
If this is issue is not settled in next 2 days I will apply for number portability to switch to different operator(Ref:TA346674). It’s been a worst nightmare dealing with customer care.

and 30 rupees deducted from my account autometically..
plz solve this and return my balance for which i sall be oblised..
