Tata Docomo — automatic conversion of postpaid connection | |||
Sir, I have been using [protected] tata docoma number for the last one and half year.It is an postpaid connection ,on[protected] it had been conversted into a pre-paid connection without any request sent by me.When I called up 121 and said them about this one they said it doesnt come there category and told me to complain at tata docomo office near panjagutta.On[protected] i had written a letter to the manager in the tata docomo office requesting to change my connection type to post paid one.Till now no such action has been taken.
