Tata Docomo — i lost my money, does not contact with customer care when i call to 121

sir,
my name is amit kumar, i want to unsubscribe all unwanted service packs( monthly packs,not buddy net) from my mobile '[protected]'
due to these subscription ,i lossed my money.
and i want call to customer care from 121 dilling, but no customer care optional number given list ( press 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8)
now my no. is [protected].( i want reuse my old no. [protected])
