The under mentioned is the up dated info' from a Letter sent to Appellate Authority (Not Responded, but Reply as usual came from earlier Mail):
This has further reference to the mails resting with you and the discussion someone have had with me at around 11:00 hrs. today from +[protected] ; It is very sad that `although he had shown his inability to read data of 13th Apr 2013 from his record, but that he had confirmed the data usage of 999 MBs, starting at 21:01 hrs. on 12th Apr 2013, besides advising me to take up with you as the Appellate Authority:
He had shown his ability to reverse the MBs now but that could be done at the next billing, to which I had contested since the `illegal merger of 999MBs in the current cycle would lower the Speed prematurely';
It was also understood by him that the Complaint was not RESOLVED, but he sent me a SMS `On resolving"-THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE;
I am sure that as a Good Public Dealing Officer of a Service Dept. you would resolve the matter to avoid further harassment & the inconvenience to an old customer;

I have been using the subject No. with 5 GB plan;
In the charged data on Internet use carried to 13th April is annoying, disturbing, unfair & unjust as follows:
Billing Cycle is 13th to 12th of a month, but the speed had been reduced before 12th Apr 2013, but I was amazed to see the Data used on 12th Apr (At Slower Speed), carried forward (ILLEGALLY)to 13th Apr 2013(Around 999 MBs);
Pl. look into the above illegality and reverse the Data immediately to straighten the things Rightfully;"
