[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Illegally sending bills and harrassing | |||
Hi, My name is Mohammed Yousuff Amir and I had opted for Tata Docomo 3G services (dongle) that was pathetic after the usage of the first month. The TATA DOCOMO Service No [protected] is my Service Number. I have completely stopped using the dongle after the payment of the first bill, they have stilled forced me to pay Rs. 2000/- and I am repeatedly making requests to disconnect it, but Tata Docomo instead of disconnecting and relieving me from this headache they are continuously sending the bills and harassing me to pay them. I have to keep going to their center and keep waiting for my turn and have to repeatedly ask them to cancel my connection. I was in an impression that my voice is listened and a swift action is taken, but the reality is I am still getting bills and being asked to keep paying, please stop it, this is really getting ridiculous.
